Singer and actor Seo In Guk leaves the Jellyfish Entertainment agency.
Jellyfish Entertainment announced on August 4 that Seo In Guk's contract with the agency had expired and, after much consideration, Seo In Guk will not renew.
Seo In Guk began military service on March 28, 2017. He has recently been criticized for using his medical condition for osteochondral injuries to receive an exemption from military service. Jellyfish Entertainment denied everything.

Suspicions that he could have left his chronic condition untreated to receive the exemption has not been easy to cover, even after the agency claimed he had enlisted because of his strong desire to serve as an active soldier in the military.
