Are they family?

Hong Suk Chun said he is a distant relative of Taeyong of NCT.
In the January 15 broadcast of "Heard It Through the Grapevine" on Channel A, Hong Suk Chun shared that the leader is a distant relative of him. He explained that, although they have never met in person, Taeyong is his cousin's first cousin.
"So far I've only seen his face on television," he said, before addressing Taeyong directly. "Taeyong, I'd like to meet you!"
Hong Suk Chun has a lot of praise for his family member, proudly calling him "the most handsome member" of NCT.
