Hwall from The Boyz will not make the return with his group due to surgery on his leg.
On March 28, Cre.ker Entertainment released a statement announcing that Hwall will be temporarily absent from his group's activities:
"Due to health problems, the member of The Boyz, Hwall will not be able to participate in the promotions of the group's next mini album." As he prepared for his return, Hwall visited the hospital after experiencing physical pain. Subsequent dysfunction of the tibial tendon and he was told that he would need three months of recovery after his surgery.
After consulting with the medical team and speaking with Hwall's family, we have decided to carry out the surgery especially because the health of our artist is our highest priority. Hwall underwent surgery on March 27 and is currently focused on his recovery.
The Boyz will continue its showcase back on April 3 as a group of 11 members. Hwall will promote with the group once it is fully recovered.
